OUR STORY:
Peak Equipment is a manufacturer’s representative agency covering the states of Wyoming, South Dakota, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. Peak Equipment was formed as J. Harper & Associates (JHA) in 1994 by Jim Harper. Lee Hosey joined JHA in 1998 and after working with the company for 11 years, completed the purchase of the company in late 2009, subsequently changing the company name to Peak Equipment. After a long and successful career, Jim Harper retired in 2009. With Jim’s retirement, we would like to thank him and his wife, Jenise, for their contributions.
We are excited about our recent employment growth as we continue to add territory representatives. We were joined by Michael Vaughn in 2006, covering a territory of Southern New Mexico and Arizona. Ms. Blake Hosey joined Peak Equipment in 2008 as Office Manager and Sales Engineer. Emmil Gaucher joined Peak Equipment in 2010 as a Regional Sales Engineer, covering Denver metro south through Albuquerque, New Mexico.
WHAT WE DO:
We focus our sales and engineering efforts on bulk material handling and packaging systems within the chemical, food, minerals, pharmaceutical, and power industries.
Bulk Material Handling Applications and Systems: Size reduction, screening, pelletizing, filling and feeding, mixing, drying, pneumatic and mechanical conveyance, loading and unloading, and dust collection of various materials.
Packaging Applications and Systems: Filling and packing by weight or volume, bag making, checkweighing, metal detection, x-ray inspection, and palletizers.
Engineered Systems: In coordination with our manufacturers, we provide on-site engineering reviews, preliminary system designs, and project management, to include complete plant design and turnkey capabilities.
